Earth Centering Events with Ixeeya Lin

Come join Ixeeya on Friday, October 21 for a private, Introductory Talk on Earth Centering group event.

Ixeeya will provide an introductory talk on the concept of “Earth Centering”.  In addition, she will demonstrate experiential healing techniques used to work with anxiety, stresses, grief, and other modern-day emotions we face.  All are welcomed.

This event will set the stage for the Earth Centered Healing for Modern Day Living group workshop on the following day, Saturday, October 22

Time: 7:00pm to 9:00pm Eastern Time

Come join Ixeeya again on Saturday, October 22 for the private group workshop event, Earth Centered Healing for Modern Day Living.

This workshop will teach Earth Centered ritual healing and meditation practices. These practices aim to address day-to-day illnesses, stresses, anxieties, grief, and other emotions stemming from our modern world.  Ixeeya opens the workshop with dance, song, prayer, and journeying (an Earth Centered meditation method).  She will introduce healing plants, incense, and a few sacred tools to accompany these practices.  The goal of the workshop is to apply these Earth Centered, experiential teachings to your Modern Day Living.  All are welcomed.

This event follows the “Introductory Talk on Earth Centering” group event on Friday, October 21.  The Introductory Talk is not a pre-requisite to participate in this Earth Centered Healing for Modern Day Living workshop.

Please Note:  The workshop will be held inside a Himalayan salt cave on the floor. 

It is recommended to bring:

• Comfortable clothing
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Yoga mat
• Bolster for seating, and
• Rain gear in the chance it rains during the outdoor activity

During the month of June 2022, I made a long adventure out west to work with shamans, healers, and the wild divine, including with Ixeeya Lin in Colorado where she resides

Ixeeya and I met on my California Coast adventure and women’s wild retreat back in March 2022.  Together with a group of women, we explored the wild divine the Redwood forests, the nurseries of Monarch butterflies, and the Pacific Ocean with the migrating grey whales.

While in Colorado, Ixeeya invited me to The StarHouse where she practices her work. The StarHouse is located deep into backwoods and mountains of Boulder offering scenic city views above the pine treetops. It is a peaceful sanctuary, architected in sacred geometric design, that is dedicated to the transformational potential of Self through the connection with the Earth.

After a Ixeeya gave me a personal tour around the grounds, I attended a class that she hosted in the main room. Ixeeya is a shamanistic healer and teacher trained by traditional medicine women of the Mayan traditions from Guatemala and Belize. Ixeeya has deep experience working with the power of the plants, both medicinal and spiritual. She also has much experience with sacred dance and working with spiritual teachers in India and Bali, Indonesia.

Her teachings introduced us to Earth Centered shamanic basics – ceremonial indigenous rituals, medicine person work, and ways of working with spirit guides. In this case, I was reminded of my experience working with Mama Ayahuasca spirit who I met in the Amazon, an experience I have documented on my Embolden Adventures YouTube channel. 

Over the next days, I worked with Ixeeya one-on-one. She performed plant cleansing and healings using the medicinal plants she grows and forages.  Then she conducted a womb work session. Lastly, we co-journeyed together offering me space to seek some answers I needed.  I enjoyed my time with Ixeeya and learned a ton about shamanism and the connection with the Divine and the Wild.

Now Ixeeya finds her way here to the East Coast from Colorado, so I have invited her to Connecticut to share these wisdoms and healings with others.
